This procedure regulates the manner of organization and conduct of the language proficiency test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive program of teaching a modern language of international circulation, at the level of public or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) of the Framework Regulation on the organization and functioning of classes with instruction in a modern language in intensive, respectively bilingual regime in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
