What you can already do in ROePAS
The platform can already be used for:

• searching and accessing public services and administrative procedures;

• consulting information about the required documents;

• understanding the stages and conditions related to different requests;

• accessing guides and informational pages published by institutions;

• quickly identifying where a specific administrative process should be initiated.

Platform objectives
Through ROePAS, we aim to:

• provide simpler and faster access to information about public services;

• reduce the time spent identifying the correct procedures;

• increase transparency regarding the required steps, documents, and conditions;

• support the digitalization of public administration;

• gradually develop complete electronic services that can be accessed online.

At this stage, some institutions still have their procedures and content published on older portals or in their own systems. ROePAS is the new platform to which this information, these services, and digital workflows will gradually be migrated. As institutions complete this process, more and more procedures will become available directly here, in a unified and easier-to-use format.

The BETA version means that the platform is active, but still undergoing continuous development and improvement. We are constantly working to expand the number of institutions and services available, improve the user experience, and integrate new digital functionalities.
