This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dentists of Bacau. The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with following which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial branches, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients who are in relation with it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuing and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period of the professional certificate: 3 months from the date of issue
The issuance fee is 400 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dentists of Bacau 107/20.06.2019. The fee can be paid into account RO 82 RZBR 0000060005826192
