The suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the College of Pharmacists Prahova, a request through which they ask for the suspension of membership. At the time they request this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee up to the end of the year and must meet the condition of continuous professional training through a number of 40 EFC hours for that period.
In support of the requests made, the documents listed below are attached.
The pharmacist undertakes to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming activity.
