URBANISM - Extension of validity for building/demolition permit*

This procedure regulates the extension of the building/demolition permit issued by the Maramureș County Institution. The department responsible for the application is the Document Submission Department.

To extend the validity of the building/demolition permit, the following documents must be completed and submitted to the issuer:

- standard application (Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for extending the validity of the building/demolition permit);

- proof of payment of the extension fee.

- the original building/demolition permit issued.

- Technical Documentation - D.T.

The application for extending the validity of the building/demolition permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity.
The issuance of the building/demolition permit is conditional upon sending the original documents by post to the issuer's headquarters, if they are not electronically signed.
