The procedure implements OMENCS no. 5921/2016 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, respectively institutions organizing doctoral studies in Romania, of the status of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad; OMENCS no. 5922/2016 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, of academic positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad and OMENCS no. 5923/2016 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad.
