According to HCL 416/2019 regarding the approval of the General Plan for Architectural Lighting of heritage value objectives located in the municipality of Cluj-Napoca, in the protection area of historical monuments, the architectural lighting system must meet a series of technical and light quality requirements. The approval will be requested for construction/modernization works on buildings in the protection area, respectively for the rehabilitation of buildings or historical monument objectives, if the rehabilitation/modernization/construction project also includes the arrangement of an architectural lighting system. By architectural lighting system is meant any lighting system that contributes to the enhancement/highlighting at night of an objective, regardless of its destination.
