The land registry extract for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the issuance of the building permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. According to the provisions of art. 23 para. 3 of Law no. 50/1991, republished, regarding the authorization of execution of construction works, with subsequent amendments and completions: "Lands intended for building, located within built-up areas, are definitively removed from agricultural use by the building permit. If the landowner wishes to remove from agricultural use only part of the land owned, in order to fulfill this procedure, the building permit will be accompanied by the technical cadastral documentation."
Also, art. 23 para. 1, part A, letter (b) of Law no. 7/1996, republished, on cadastre and real estate publicity, stipulates that: "The definitive and temporary removal from agricultural use of properties located within the approved built-up area according to the law is done through the building permit."
Art. 31^1 para. 5 of Law no. 350/2001 on spatial planning and urbanism, stipulates that: "For land entered into the built-up area based on the provisions of the General Urban Plan, removal from agricultural use is not necessary."*
