Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land holding document (for example: concession contract, lease, tenancy, superficies, etc.) with notarial authentication conclusion, (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan with the inventory of coordinates*

Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be verified according to the law, mandatorily by a certified project verifier. In the case of works on national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Copy of the ANIF technical approval for obtaining the Building Permit or the ANIF technical agreement (as applicable), for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed at the issuance of the approval*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. (except in the case where the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, lit. a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (with the exception of requests for the works provided in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works)*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
