For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard request form (according to the Form - model F.12 - REQUEST for extension of the validity of the building permit) shall be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The request for extension of the validity of the building permit shall be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
When submitting the request for extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee.
