For the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application form must be completed and submitted to the issuer (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate) accompanied by the originally issued urban planning certificate. The application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiry of its validity date.
Upon submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
