Persons who have completed childcare leave and earn taxable income (resume activity) benefit from an insertion incentive until the child reaches the age of 3, or 4 years in the case of a child with disabilities. Attention - The person who benefits from the insertion incentive must earn taxable income throughout the period they benefit from this right. If the person no longer generates income, they must notify this change. Any change must be communicated within 15 working days from its occurrence.
