This type of request is submitted in the following situations:

- for the modification of the taxi authorization when the authorized transporter finds themselves in one of the following situations:
a) replaces the owned vehicle
b) changes the registration number or concludes the leasing contract for the owned vehicle
c) loss/deterioration/theft of the authorization
