The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of notices in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the notice is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the notice may be granted, upon written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration date of the validity of the ANIF notice for which the extension is requested) and after its verification in the field.
The extension of the notice will bear a different registration number from the ANIF notice issuance register and is granted for a period of maximum 12 months; after this date, a further extension of the validity of the notice is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, under the conditions of the law, another ANIF notice.
ANIF issues notices within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
