Clarifications regarding the announcement of commencement of works
In accordance with paragraphs 23^1, 23^2, 23^3, of article 7 from Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, the beneficiary is required to present:
- the land register excerpt showing the entry of the building permit;
- the announcement made public in a widely circulated newspaper regarding the issued building permit.
Regarding the public character, the content of the building permit will be subject to study at the headquarters of the public authority issuing the document. (according to paragraph 23^5, article 7 from Law 50/1991 – regarding the authorization of construction works).
