The land registry excerpt for information represents the cadastral-legal situation of the properties at the time of its preparation. It contains information regarding the surface area of the property and its description, the ownership right, and any existing encumbrances on the property. The document is issued by ANCPI and must not be older than 30 days.*

The cadastral plan excerpt represents the section from the cadastral plan, with the representation of the linear details of the property in question, the neighboring properties, and other linear details existing in the graphic database at the date of the last update, supported by the orthophotoplan. The cadastral plan excerpt online is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate. The document also contains information about land use categories, constructions, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The cadastral plan excerpt represents the section from the cadastral plan, with the representation of the linear details of the property in question, the neighboring properties, and other linear details existing in the graphic database at the date of the last update, supported by the orthophotoplan. The cadastral plan excerpt online is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate, having as annexes a file in .csv format, with the list of coordinates of the points on the contour of the property in question, and a file in shp format, with the graphic representation of the property in question. The document also contains information about land use categories, constructions, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The document is issued by ANCPI.*

The ownership documents for the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested will be attached.*

It will be attached only if the purpose of the request for the urbanism certificate is construction or demolition of buildings.*

At one of the scales 1 : 10,000, 1 : 5,000, 1 : 2,000, 1 : 1,000, 1 : 500, as the case may be, issued, upon request, by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity; for construction/demolition a site plan drawn up on cadastral support shall be submitted;*

Payment document for the urban planning certificate issuance fee, copy. Payment can also be made on www.ghiseul.ro or by payment order to account RO52TREZ42121160203XXXXX, opened at Trezoreria Ilfov, in the name of Gruiu Commune, Fiscal Code 5026273 Fee for the issuance of the urban planning certificate in rural areas, depending on the area requested: a) up to 150 m2 inclusive 7 lei b) between 151 and 250 m2 inclusive 8 lei c) between 251 and 500 m2 inclusive 11 lei d) between 501 and 750 m2 inclusive 14 lei e) between 751 and 1000 m2 inclusive 16 lei f) over 1000 m2 14 lei+0.001 lei/m2 for each m2 exceeding 1000 m2. The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate for the rural area is equal to 50% of the fee established according to the indicators above.*
