Authorized natural persons and legal entities, registered in the National Registry of Phonograms, who import or produce phonograms, are required to register all phonograms in the aforementioned registry, according to art.9, paragraph 1 of G.O. 25/2006.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities, who produce phonograms on the territory of Romania, have the obligation to register all phonograms in the National Registry of Phonograms, before introducing them into the commercial circuit, according to art.9, paragraph 1 of G.O. 25/2006, republished, modified and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Standard requests: Forms 5, 6

Copies of Documents:

- copy of the invoice/payment order;

- one copy of the phonogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuance of the certificate

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, and are as follows:

-registration of phonograms produced on the territory of Romania - 50 RON/phonogram title;

-request for completion, for completing missing documents following the rejection of the initial registration request - 10 RON.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier's office at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sect.1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, Tax Code 4266995.
