Changing the registration certificate in the National Register of Computer Programs - urgent processing*

The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Registry of Computer Programs is 1 year from the date of issue, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.
The replacement of the Registration Certificate in the National Registry of Computer Programs, during the validity period, is requested as a result of a change of address, company name modification, change of the company’s form of organization, addition/removal of an activity object.
The documents for replacement must contain the following:
Standard applications Form 4, Form 2 is submitted only in case of adding new work points/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted in case of removing previously registered work points/storage spaces.
Documents Copies of:
- documents regarding the changes, e.g., head office, change of form of organization, etc. and/or completion of documents on which the registration was based - CUI copy -
- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;
- if applicable, Form 2 for the registration of new work points/storage spaces and/or Form 3 for the removal of old work points/storage spaces;
- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, being as follows:
- replacement of the registration certificate as a result of modifying the identification data of the economic operator;
- in case of requesting the registration of a new activity if the initial certificate has not expired 50 lei
- urgent fee/request additional fee 300 lei;
- if registration of new work points/storage spaces is requested - a fee of 20 lei is to be paid.
