Medical certificate/medical statement from which it is clearly stated that the person applying for registration in OTDR has been examined both physically and psychologically and is fit to practice the profession of dental technician. The validity of the document is 3 months from the date of issue (scanned original document)*

Identity document and, as applicable, documents attesting the change of name in the identity document compared to the study document (marriage certificate/divorce certificate/others) - scanning of original documents*

The registration fee for OTDR is: (1) 200 lei for graduates of specialized educational institutions, current year and previous year graduates; (2) 2000 lei for other categories of applicants. In this case, the registration fee is 2000 lei.*
