The "Professional Scholarship" is a national social program aimed at all students attending professional education and consists of monthly financial support.
The "Professional Scholarship" is also available to children of foreigners who are beneficiaries of a form of protection in Romania or to foreigners, namely citizens of the European Union/Economic European Area and the Swiss Confederation with the right to stay/residence on the territory of Romania, who attend professional education.
Students in professional education cannot simultaneously benefit from the "Professional Scholarship" and the financial support granted to students within the national social protection program "Money for High School".
At the Ministry of Education level, a national commission is established to monitor the granting of the "Professional Scholarship".
