The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the tax certificate for individuals

Documents required for the issuance of the tax certificate - individuals:

- Application for the issuance of the tax attestation certificate - Model 2016 ITL 012;

- Photocopy of CUI/ Registration Certificate
- Power of attorney for the person designated to represent the interests of the company in relation to the Voinesti Local Taxes and Fees Service; In the case of associations and foundations, a copy of the statute if the documentation is submitted by founding members.

- Photocopy of the identity document of the person representing the interests of the company in relation to the Voinesti Local Taxes and Fees Service.
