For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be completed and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for extending the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity. Upon submitting the application for the extension of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee. The department responsible for the application is the Urbanism and Territorial Planning Service, Urbanism Department.
