For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard request (according to Form - model F.7 - REQUEST for extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) is filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the originally issued urbanism certificate. The request for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Along with the submission of the request for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee.
