For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiry of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
