ANIF approval for drafting the Detailed Urban Plan - for individuals*

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals, with respect to the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the approval can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and after on-site verification of the request.

The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number in the ANIF approval issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months. After this period, a new extension of the approval validity is not possible, and the applicant must obtain, according to the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
