CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health regulations is the administrative procedure by which the compliance with legal regulations regarding public health is evaluated for operational objectives carrying out activities that pose a risk to public health.
The notification of certification of compliance can be issued under emergency procedure - 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an emergency fee of 150 lei.
