Standard form*

For applicants from the counties included in the North-East, South-East, North-West, Centre, West, and South-West development regions, the files will be sent to the Examination Committee only through the Territorial Offices in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, and Timisoara, according to the established allocation, and will be accompanied by a written opinion from the BT-RUR coordinator.*

The recommendations will specify exactly the types of documentations or parts of documentations and the corresponding symbols for which the granting of the right of signature is recommended; the recommendations will also specify in what capacity the signatory knew the candidate, namely: internship supervisor, project coordinator/head, chapter compiler, or hierarchical superior within a public institution, specialized company, or architecture office; the signatory of the recommendation must hold the right of signature for at least the same categories of documentations or parts of spatial planning and urbanism documentations requested by the candidate and must be able to certify by signature and stamp the completion of at least one relevant work in which the candidate collaborated, including by proof of payment of the RUR fee for exercising the right of signature.*

The CV template used will be the Europass type (as displayed on the RUR website); the CV will have attached a detailed list of relevant works (portfolio) for the requested right of signature, specifying at least the following elements: full name, beneficiary, year of completion, name of the project manager, and the responsibilities fulfilled by the applicant in preparing the respective documentation or parts of territorial planning and/or urbanism documentation; 2. The CV will also have attached a list of publications including books, studies, specialized articles, reports, with relevant ones for the documentation or parts of documentation for which the right of signature is requested being highlighted. The CV and its annexes will be signed by the applicant on each page.*

The evaluation report will be signed by the internship supervisor and will be accompanied by a standard form, containing information regarding compliance with the obligations provided in art. 20 para. (2) of the regulation; the evaluation report will be approved by the professional sub-committee for internship monitoring at the end of the internship (mentioned in the RUR register).*

PHOTOCOPIES of the regulatory drawings from the general urban plans / drafted zonal urban plans, at reduced scale as well as of other appropriate and relevant drawings and graphic representations for the categories of documentation or parts of documentation for which the right of signature is requested. The photocopies will be preceded by a cover sheet explicitly listing the documentation and drawings presented and the name of the work from which they are extracted; the photocopies will be presented at a scale that allows understanding the content and identification of the recognition data of the work; the photocopies will be reproductions of the original signed and stamped drawings; if this is not possible for various reasons, they will contain signatures and stamps applied in original; at least part of the works presented will be signed by the internship supervisor or by the signatories of the two recommendations, as applicable; confirmation letters (signed and stamped) from project leaders / coordinators regarding the applicant's contribution to the respective work / drawing (preparation, drawing, chapters from the technical report / regulation, chapter responsibility, etc.) may be attached; the documentation from which the photocopies are extracted and presented must meet the condition of having been approved or at least endorsed (for documentation prepared after 1991); for this purpose, copies of the relevant endorsements will be submitted in relation to the complexity or specificity of the documentation for none of which the right of signature is requested; for the documentation from which the photocopies are extracted and presented, a copy of the proof of payment of the corresponding fee to professional RUR must be submitted.*
