For producers/importers/distributors/traders/those who rent software programs, registration is done according to art.35 of O.G. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by O.U.G 43/2010.

The documents for registration must include the following:

Application forms - Forms 1, 2

Copies of documents:

- certificate of registration at the Trade Register Office;

- tax registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the operation of registration in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- registration of software production activity 50 lei;

- registration of work unit 20 lei - registration of storage space 20 lei;

- supplementary request for completion of missing documents, as a result of the rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cash desk on Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, district 1, Bucharest, or to account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Trezoreria Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
