The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honourability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuing, and use of proofs of honourability and professional morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuing of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issueThe issuance fee is 500 lei from the second certificate requested, the first being free according to the decision of the College of Dentists Maramures Council No. 8/20.08.2014. The fee can be paid into the account RO78RZBR0000060006048103 opened at RAIFFEISEN BANK BAIA MARE.
