Description: “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, by this procedure, automatically recognizes the didactic position obtained in an accredited university from abroad. The procedure applies for Romanian citizens and citizens from European Union member states, from the European Economic Area, from the Swiss Confederation, who have obtained didactic positions in accredited universities from European Union member states, from the European Economic Area, from the Swiss Confederation and from prestigious universities from other member states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by the Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research Ordinance no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically, in order to settle in Romania. The didactic positions obtained in other accredited universities other than those mentioned, will be recognized based on an international agreement of mutual recognition, signed at intergovernmental or interuniversity level. Filling up a didactic position in the Romanian higher education system is carried out according to the legal norms in force. Means of appeal The appeal is submitted to the university.
