By July 31st, the city halls are obliged to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Register including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
