For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) is completed and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the issued urbanism certificate, in original. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before its expiration date.
Together with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
