Owner’s consent for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, if the land is owned by a person other than the owner; administrator’s consent for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, if the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – in original and copy*

Certificate of registration and certificate of findings from the trade register or the document on the basis of which the activity is carried out, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the excerpt of the cadastral plan, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case when the construction permit is requested for the implementation and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

Technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical protection solution for the land improvement works and will be obligatorily checked according to the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*
