For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) is completed and submitted to the issuer, together with the original building permit issued.
The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiry of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant will provide proof of payment of the extension fee. The structure handling the application is the Urbanism and Territorial Planning Service, Urbanism Department.
