BENEFICIARIES:
Children aged between 0-12 months who do not benefit from breast milk and meet the following criteria:
- mothers with breastfeeding contraindications due to serious diseases: active pulmonary TB, neoplasms, cachexia, septicemia, severe mental illnesses, multiple sclerosis, renal or cardiac failure, decompensated diabetes mellitus, HIV-infected mother, treatments with cytostatics, diazepines, anticoagulants, radioisotopes;
- healthy children who show unsatisfactory growth below the lower limit of normal for their age due to absence or insufficient quantity of breast milk;
- adopted child or child in foster care;
- child with deceased mother.
