This procedure establishes the method for requesting and issuing the urban planning certificate, an information document through which the local public administration authority communicates to the applicant the legal, economic, and technical status of a property and the urban planning requirements that must be met for carrying out construction works.

The procedure applies to individuals and legal entities who request the issuance of the urban planning certificate for:

  • carrying out construction works;
  • notarial or cadastral operations;
  • information regarding the urban planning status of a property;
  • preparing urban planning documentation.
