This procedure establishes the method for removing vehicles owned by individuals from the tax records in situations where ownership of the vehicle has been transferred, cancelled, or in other cases provided by the legislation in force.

The procedure applies to individuals requesting the removal of a vehicle from the tax records in the following situations:

  • sale or disposal of the vehicle;
  • removal of the vehicle from circulation;
  • theft of the vehicle;
  • dismantling or destruction of the vehicle;
  • other situations provided by the legislation in force.
