The applicant may challenge the resolution within 3 working days of the notification of the assessment outcome. The appeal/objection (standard document according to Appendix 2 to the procedure) must be submitted on the PCUe platform and/or sent to the following email address rectorat@umfiasi.ro. The Appeals Committee shall be convened within 3 working days of the reception of the appeal. The petitioner is notified, via e-mail, within 5 working days of the date on which the members of the Committee met. Any applicant who is unsatisfied with the final outcome may submit the case for settlement by the courts of law.
