This procedure describes how, entities with legal personality, that hold a laboratory authorized for analysis and testing in construction, will inform I.S.C. about the changes in the legal structure of the laboratory beside changes in other conditions of authorization and operation, equipment and personnel. The authorization attests the legal competence to issue, under the law, documents stating the fulfilment of construction standards and quality standards of construction materials.

ORDER for the modification of Annex no. 6 to the Procedure regarding the evaluation of laboratories for analysis and testing in construction activities for authorization, approved by the Order of the Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration no. 838/2021*
Appeal routes
In the situation where the requirements for modification of the applicant laboratory's authorization are not met, the authorization commission communicates to the applicant, through a written note, the decision to reject the modification request, which can be contested within 15 days from the date of communication. The contests formulated by the applicant legal entities whose modification request was rejected are received by the I.S.C. and are reanalyzed by the authorization commission together with all the documents submitted in the file, which will decide, as applicable, the acceptance/rejection of the contestation.
