This procedure describes how individuals, Romanian citizens, can request technical-professional certification, based on examination, for the purpose of carrying out activities in Romania as construction project verifiers. The construction project verifier carries out activity in one of the following forms - employee of a legal entity that has technical quality project verification activities stipulated in its statute, in compliance with legal provisions - authorized, as an individual, to carry out activities independently - employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with the valid ID issued by the competent authority together with the certification certificate.
