The request is submitted, after the end of the maternity leave (it is mandatory to have 42 days from birth), within 60 working days. In the case of Authorized Natural Persons: - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) specifying the period in which the maternity allowance was paid (pregnancy + confinement) or a declaration on own responsibility stating that you did not benefit from the maternity allowance - Certificates from the Caraș-Severin Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's date of birth, or, if applicable, proof of income calculated for the purpose of paying the advance tax; - Tax decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth stating the starting date of the activity, - Single Declaration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's date of birth. - The decision to suspend or cease activity, declaration 070, from the Caraș-Severin Public Finance Administration; For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, CERTIFYING THE FULL-TIME ATTENDANCE OF COURSES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION UNTIL THE DATE OF THE APPLICATION OR THE PREVIOUS YEAR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH DATE, OR GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS, OR A CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE FACULTY WAS GRADUATED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH DATE IF IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS - DECLARATION ON OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT NO INCOME SUBJECT TO TAX IS MADE If the father applies for the child raising and care allowance, a certificate from the mother's employer specifying the period during which the maternity allowance was paid, i.e., prenatal and postnatal leave, or a declaration on own responsibility stating that she has not benefited from the maternity allowance, is also required.*
