This procedure describes how individuals, nationals of other Member States of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) may apply for authorization based on exam in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law. Holding the authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from authorized persons to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.

The authorization fee is 200 lei and is charged per field of authorization, except for fields 8 and 9 from the table provided in art. 8 para. (4) of the Authorization Procedure, for which it is charged per subfield. The document will be sent after receiving the notification regarding approval of the authorization. The notification will include the amount of the authorization fee and the account in which the sum must be paid.*
