This procedure regulates the way of organizing and carrying out the linguistic competence test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive teaching program of a modern international language, at the level of public or private pre-university educational units in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation for the organization and functioning of classes with teaching in an intensive or bilingual regime of a modern language in pre-university educational units, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
