The Technical Site Approval Certificate is issued in the case of execution works for new network extensions, water/sewer connections, building construction and utility connections or in the case of other types of works for which it is requested by the Urban Planning Certificate, the Road Owner's Agreement or the holder of the previously issued Agreement in Principle. The approval fee is 220 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical approvals is made at Apa Prod cashiers or by electronic means of payment to the account RO15BRDE220SV23121912200 B.R.D. - Groupe Société Générale S.A. Deva.
