Regarding the quality of the applicant and their relationship with the child/children for whom the right is being claimed, for one of the persons who has adopted the child/ to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption/ who has the child in foster care/ in emergency foster care, with the exception of the professional maternal assistant who may benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed as a guardian. In the case of P.F.A (authorized natural person): - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) stating the period during which the maternity allowance (pregnancy + confinement) was paid or a statement on own responsibility that they did not benefit from the maternity allowance - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the date of birth of the child or, where applicable, proof of the income calculated for the purpose of paying the anticipated tax; - Tax decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child’s birth from which the date when the activity started is evident, - Single Tax Return for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the date of birth of the child. - Decision of suspension or termination of activity, statement 070, from the Public Finance Administration; For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ATTESTING PARTICIPATION IN FULL-TIME COURSES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, UNTIL THE DATE OF APPLICATION OR THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CHILD OR DIPLOMA OF GRADUATION ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION IF THE FACULTY WAS COMPLETED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CHILD IF THEY ARE IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS: - attends, without interruption, full-time courses of pre-university education, including within the "Second Chance" program, or, as applicable, university studies at undergraduate or master's level, as well as postgraduate education at master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except for situations where courses are interrupted for medical reasons; - has the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by National Education Law no. 1/2011, as amended and supplemented - is in the period between the completion of a form of pre-university education and the beginning, in the same calendar year, of another form of pre-university education, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between graduating from full-time courses of pre-university education, organized according to the law, and starting university education, full-time, in the same calendar year; - is in the period between completing one form of university education, full-time, with or without a bachelor's or diploma exam, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between completing one form of university education, at undergraduate or master’s level, as well as postgraduate education at master's level, full-time, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education at undergraduate or master’s level, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period between completing a form of postgraduate education, full-time, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of postgraduate education, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - is in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education or, as applicable, from graduation of full-time pre-university, university at undergraduate or master’s level and post-university at master’s level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation exam, for the purpose of employment or, as applicable, entering unemployment, calculated starting with the 1st of the month following completion of studies - STATEMENT ON OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT NO TAXABLE INCOME IS EARNED If the father is applying for the childcare allowance, a certificate from the mother’s employer specifying the period during which the maternity allowance was paid, meaning prenatal and postnatal leave, is also required, or a statement on own responsibility that she did not benefit from the maternity allowance.*
