In the event of a change in the name of the tourist accommodation structure, the economic operator, holder of the classification certificate, submits the documentation presented below for the name change. The applicant's request is reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submission accompanied by the complete documentation. Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, a new classification certificate is issued with the new name of the tourist accommodation structure. In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the request, by means of a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as regarding the consequences on the documentation review term previously provided. If within 6 months (180 days) from the date of issuance of the notification, the documentation is not completed, it is closed.
