The "Professional Scholarship" is a national social program addressed to all students attending professional education and consists of monthly financial support.
Children of foreigners who benefit from a form of protection in Romania or of foreigners, respectively citizens of the European Union/Economic European Area and the Swiss Confederation with the right of stay/residence on the territory of Romania, who attend professional education, also benefit from the "Professional Scholarship".
Students in professional education cannot simultaneously benefit from the "Professional Scholarship" and the financial support granted to students within the National Social Protection Program "High School Money".
At the Ministry of Education, a national monitoring committee for the granting of the "Professional Scholarship" is established.
