This procedure regulates the automatic recognition of teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens of European Union member states, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries.
Filling a teaching position is carried out according to the legal regulations in force, as well as the institution's own methodology for the competition for filling teaching and research positions.
