Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Statement regarding the holders of heating aid for housing with natural gas and the Register including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for housing with natural gas and its actual amount, to the Constanța County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
