By the 5th day of each month, city halls are obligated to send, based on a delivery list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Delivery List and Applications with the supporting documents.

Means of appeal:
The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding means of appeal; in case of dispute, the general legal provisions are applicable.
Any person who considers themselves harmed in a right or in a legitimate interest by a public authority through an administrative act or by the failure to resolve a request within the legal term may address the competent administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
